We may access and/or disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us or the site; (ii) protect and defend our rights or iii) to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Spam Prevention

We are concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial e-mail. We will not sell, lease or rent any address lists to any third parties. While we continue to actively review and implement new technology, such as expanded filtering features, there is no currently available technology that will totally prevent the sending and receiving of unsolicited e-mail.
